Birth preparation
The individual stages of childbirth are discussed, including what happens to the woman's body, how the child actively participates, and the interaction between mother and child during birth. Further topics include: relaxation exercises, pain management, pain relief (natural and medicinal), water birth, birthing positions, the first hours with the newborn, and the postpartum period.

Postnatal yoga
Postnatal yoga specifically strengthens the pelvic floor, back, and abdominal muscles. It mobilizes the spine and shoulders, releases tension, and improves posture. Flowing movements, targeted breathing, and guided relaxation provide energy for everyday life and help you recover after giving birth. Babies are welcome. The costs are usually covered by health insurance.

Prenatal yoga
This yoga course for pregnant women is suitable from the beginning of pregnancy until birth. Muscles that are strained during pregnancy are specifically trained. This can alleviate back pain or prevent it from developing in the first place. Dynamic elements promote flexibility and maintain mobility. Guided breathing and meditation offer relaxation in everyday life and prepare you for childbirth.
Entry is possible at any time.
Cost: Single/trial lesson 15 euros
5-trip ticket 60 euros

Postnatal recovery
In a postpartum recovery course, starting approximately 6-8 weeks after childbirth, the body is reactivated and strengthened after pregnancy and delivery. The focus is on regenerating the pelvic floor muscles, closing the rectus abdominis muscles (diastasis recti), and stabilizing the core.
